IBM recently turned to Txtstation to help streamline VIP guest communication around this year’s Super Bowl. IBM’s hospitality team was looking for a means to quickly and effectively get information out to its guests including welcome messages upon arrival in Miami, daily scheduling highlights, urgent alerts and more. Using Txtstation’s Control Center platform, IBM was able to set up text-based alerts to deliver a pre-determined schedule of messages as well as impromptu messages as needed.  Messages are instantly received by the guests, providing an affordable and convenient means for communication and ensuring a flawless experience over the course of the weekend.
