In an attempt to broaden its range of services provided to clients, Txtstation recently teamed up with the leader in mobile security platforms, Guest Assist. Txtstation is now able to offer its clients a system that will allow their security staff to receive and respond to guest emergencies via text messaging. The software is gaining popularity throughout the country, as more and more stadiums are looking for new and more effective ways of crowd control.

This proprietary system allows fans to report unruly behavior or emergency situations to law enforcement officials quickly and anonymously. Once received, security officials can respond to fans via text message in order to learn more about the situation and/or assure them that help is on the way. Text messaging also provides a traceable record of the communication if further investigation is required.
